Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data the platform handles for real estate developers, their home buyers and their channel partners, and how that data is protected.

Who this covers

The platform is used by real estate developers to manage enquiries, inventory, site visits, payment plans, channel partners and project accounts. Three groups of people have data on it:

• Developers and their staff who sign up and use the platform.
• Home buyers and enquirers whose details a developer records.
• Channel partners who register buyers and receive brokerage.

For buyer and partner data, the developer decides why and how it is used. We process it on the developer's instructions to run the service.

Data we collect from developers

• Account details such as name, work email, company, city and role.
• Project details such as project names, unit lists, price sheets and payment plans.
• Billing details needed to invoice your plan.
• Usage data such as logins and feature use, used to keep the service secure and improve it.

Buyer data held for developers

Developers may record buyer names, phone numbers, email addresses, stated housing needs, site visit notes, booking details, payment records, home loan status and documents such as ID proof and agreements. This data is used only to serve the buyer's enquiry or booking with that developer.

How the AI Buyer Matcher uses data

• It reads only the needs a buyer has stated, such as budget, size, location, facing, floor and loan need.
• It never uses religion, caste, community, gender or other personal traits, and these fields do not exist in the matcher.
• It does not predict prices, appreciation or returns, and it does not contact buyers.
• Buyer data from one developer is never used to make suggestions for another developer.

Contacting buyers

Messages, reminders and demand letters sent through the platform go only to people who have enquired with, visited or booked with the developer. Every marketing message includes a way to opt out, and opt-outs are respected across the developer's projects.

Payments and documents

Online payments are processed by licensed payment gateways chosen by the developer. We do not store full card numbers. Uploaded documents and payment records are encrypted at rest and in transit.

We never sell data

We do not sell, rent or trade buyer, partner or developer data. We do not share buyer lists between developers or with channel partners beyond what the developer allows.

Service providers

We use carefully chosen providers for hosting, email and SMS delivery, and payment processing. They receive only the data needed for their task and are bound by confidentiality and security obligations.

Security

• Encryption in transit and at rest for all customer data.
• Role-based access so staff see only the projects and screens assigned to them.
• Activity logs for holds, bookings, payment entries and brokerage approvals.
• Regular backups of project data.

Retention

Developer data is kept while the account is active. After an account is closed, data can be exported and is then deleted within 90 days, except records the law requires to be kept longer, such as invoices.

Your choices

Buyers and partners can ask the developer they dealt with to access, correct or delete their data. Developers can export or delete their project data at any time from their account, or ask us for help.

Cookies

This website uses only the cookies needed to run forms and keep sessions secure. We do not use advertising cookies on this website.
